How is it March already? Even though the world is different now and has been for a year (a YEAR...can you believe it?), months seem to move just as fast as ever! And the dawn of a new month means that our family, and hopefully you!, sets new goals.
January was our "soul goal". This means we set a goal that focuses on our souls, our relationship with God, or furthering/deepening our understanding of our spiritual walk.
February was our "brain goal". We all choose a new skill to learn.
Which means in March it's time for a "body goal". This is a goal that strengthens our bodies in some way. We seem to get lax on the body goals for the holidays and, sometimes, that seeps into the new year. So by March, we are all ready to set a goal and accomplish something in this area! We have set our goals and are well on our way to becoming stronger! We have goals for core strength, upper body strength, speed, and overall health. And yes, sometimes these goals are inconvenient and mean a run in the slippery snow. Any idea who set what goal?
