When will Amour Naturals ship my order?
We know that fast shipping is important to our customers so you can get to using the products you love. Our goal is to ship orders in 1-2 business days. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. If an extended delay is expected in shipping your package, we will notify you via phone or email. Once shipped, orders are typically received within 8 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Amour Naturals cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Customer Pickup :
Advance notice of 24 hours is required if you wish to pick up your order.
Shipping Rates :
At Amour Naturals we charge a flat rate of $5.95 for all orders under $100. Orders over $100 receive free shipping. We pass this low shipping cost on to our customers so we can keep our product prices low. Amour Naturals takes special care of each package to ensure that all of your items arrive safely.
Where does my order ship from?
All Amour Naturals orders ship from Arvada, Colorado. We never drop-ship products. By doing the shipping ourselves, we are able to guarantee quality, speed and accuracy in your order fulfillment.

Hazardous Shipping Information for Oils
According to US government regulations, shipments of essential oils in excess of 1 oz. cannot be shipped by air. Because of this, Amour Naturals must ship essential oils by ground, which may cause varied delivery times ranging from 5-10 business days.
