Spring Allergies?

Do you suffer from Spring Allergies? We do! Adults and kids in our household all suffer when spring starts blooming. Itchy eyes, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, coughing and more. And it's even worse in today's world with our sensitivity to these symptoms because you don't want to cough in public! We're here to help though!

Our favorite blend this time of the year is Allergy Away. This wonderful blend of Lavender, Lemon, and Peppermint quickly abates allergy symptoms. A quick swipe to the inside of your cheeks will have you feeling so much better! During high reaction times, we use Allergy Away at least twice a day - morning and night. However, it can be used as often as needed, even up to every 15 minutes (although it's unlikely you'll need it that often). 

And the best part about Allergy Away? You most likely won't have to use it as often in following years or seasons. Essential oils help your body to naturally heal, thereby lessening the need for future treatment. And yes, you CAN heal your body from allergies. It just takes time, perseverance and some lifestyle changes.

Another great way to help your body fight allergies is to make sure you eat a clean, natural diet (no processed foods or soda!) and stay away from sugar. Processed foods, soda and sugar all cause an inflammatory response in your body that heightens the allergic reactions, meaning you'll be more miserable. Stay away from junk food and you'll help your body heal!

With a few changes to your routine and diet and the use of Allergy Away, you will feel better this spring and be able to enjoy the outdoors more!
